Today we’re going to talk all about The Reseller Summit.
Last year we hosted the first-ever event and heard comments that it was better than eBay Open by a couple of people. That was a great compliment, and we’re excited to be running The Reseller Summit for a second year.
What Does The Reseller Summit Offer?
This year we’re stoked to have 22 presentations that cover a wide range of flipping niches and topics like the business aspects of flipping, different items you can flip, and different ways to flip items.
The Reseller Summit is a virtual event you can attend live. It’s not in person, maybe one day it will be, but right now, it’s virtual. That means you can tune in from anywhere you have WiFi. We have four days of speakers lined up for The Reseller Summit, and their videos go live at the top of the hour each day. We also have a Facebook group for attendees. You do not have to have Facebook to attend the event, but we have a community so you can make connections with other resellers.
When Is The Reseller Summit?
The event is from October 25th through the 28th. We’re going to have a lot of fun prizes and giveaways during that whole week. Melissa and I will go live at the beginning of every day, and we’ll be recapping at the end of every day.
The event’s purpose is to show you how many ways there are to succeed in the reseller business and to give you tools and resources. Maybe you’ll find someone you resonate with in their methods of doing their business.
Do You Have To Watch The Reseller Summit Live?
The presentations are all prerecorded, and the presenters come on to participate and answer questions in the chat while their video is playing, so you can get real-time access to these presenters. It was so fun last year; we had a blast doing it.
It is a free event if you go and register and attend live. You will have 24 hours to watch if you register for the free event. If you want unlimited access even after the week’s up, you can sign up for our All Access Pass or the reseller Pro Power Pack, allowing you to watch them at your own pace.
Of course, we want you there live if you can make it!
Reseller Summit Speakers
Business Resources
This year we are covering many new topics that we didn’t cover last year, and we have new presentations on similar topics because the business stuff is always important. We’ll cover questions like, do you need an LLC to start your side hustle? We have a lawyer, Amira Irfan, talking about that.
Also, do you need an LLC, or how do you get it? We have Mark Tew coming on to talk about taxes and bookkeeping. Because those things stop people from getting started and shouldn’t, don’t let the business stuff stop you from starting this incredible side hustle.
Growth is part of the conversation too. Nick Loper from Side Hustle Nation will discuss how to 3x your business with different strategies.
Vendoo is back this year. They are sponsoring the event. Josh from Vendoo will be talking about how their software can help resellers.
Unusual Flipping Categories
We’ve got all kinds of niche topics. We have furniture flipping this year with Kacey and Kristen from BB Frosch. They’re going to take us through getting started with your furniture-flipping side hustle, so we’re excited to have them.
We have phone flipping, plant flipping, shoe flipping, and sneaker flipping. Our friend Jo introduced us to plant flipping. Riley from Sneakerhead Ambition will be talking about sneaker reselling. We have Dalton from Dealing With Dalton talking about used shoes.
We’ll discuss why we like to do the high-profit items and appliance flipping.
We have Kristen from A Rural Squirrel talking about the eBay bins. The Nashville Flippers will be talking about Amazon bins.
John with Flippin Aint Easy will talk about pallet liquidation, and Liz and Casey Freeway Flippers will speak about the private labels on Amazon. And, of course, Jenny, talking about low content and how to take your content to repurpose it and sell it on Amazon.
Productivity & Mindset
We have John Lee Dumas from Entrepreneurs On Fire talking about productivity. What he has accomplished in the short time he’s been doing his podcast is totally off the charts. It’s amazing.
If mindset is your issue, you’ll want to tune into Rachel Strickland, who will help you get unstuck with your roadblocks.
