Thank you so much for spending your time with us! We would be so grateful if you could take a minute and leave us a review.
Sometimes in the flipping world you just have amazing weeks where you hear the cha-ching sound more than once! We had five flips in the last week that totaled $3,160 in sales. Today we’re going to share the items so you can be on the lookout for these items to resell.
Item #1 – Wolf Deep Fryer
We picked this one up from a guy who had two in his kitchen that I had to go uninstall. They were in this multimillion dollar home, still hooked up to electricity, still hooked up to plumbing, so they took a little bit of effort to remove, but were a fairly easy flip.
Cost: $75
Sold: $350
Shipping: $40
Fees: $43
Total Profit: $192
Item #2 – Globe
I actually pulled six of these bad boys out of a dumpster on a job site that I was at with one of my buddies. They’re fairly big at around 18 inches diameter by 24 inches tall. They’re not glass, but they’re a plastic street lamp globe. They would be commercial for sure if you were looking to buy them new, and I got them for free.
We love free items, and take as many as we can get. Over the years we’ve sold tens of thousands of dollars of free items, so don’t be afraid to see what you can find for free.

Item #3 – Ballast
These are more items that I got for free from one of my contacts. He had boxes of ballasts and I got a box of brand new ones. I didn’t know what they were so I looked up the model numbers online and got them listed using that information.
People always ask, well, how do you sell it if you don’t know what it is?
If you can find the model number and you can do a Google search and look for the images, then you can find out exactly what it is. You can do a lot with a model number.

Item #4 – Steam Room
We love this one, and we got it from Goodwill for $200. It’s a personal sauna room. So you sit inside of it, crank it up, and enjoy a steam.
Cost: $200
Sold: $1,700
Shipping: $242
Fees: $210
Total Profit: $1,050
Item #5 – Bats
Last season we were in search of a bat for Brody’s t-ball team, and we found a bunch of really great bats, brand new, for only $2.35 each at our local flea market. We kept a couple, gave a couple to friends, and decided to list the remaining 23 bats, and they just sold.
Cost: $54
Sold: $350
Shipping: $40
Fees: $46
Total Profit: $210
For all five of those items our total money out of pocket was $329, which is really cool because we love it when we can 10X our investment. Fees totaled $396, shipping costs were $370, and our total profit was $2,065.
We love it! We love those types of deals. And that’s why we do what we do, try to find those higher profit items or the larger items that are even higher profit.
